Aaron gets a skateboard
On Saturday, before clarinet lessons, Cyndi, Arianna and Aaron went to get him a skateboard for his birthday. He picked out the deck, the wheels and a standard set of trucks. He is thinking of airbrushing it, so kept the design basic, with black traction tread on top. The wheels have little cartoon characters on them, but this is hard to see from the picture. Aaron is still learning to ride it, and we hope to visit some skateboard parks for his to practice. His snowboard hero Shawn White, aka The Flying Tomato, also rides a skateboard to improve his snowboarding skills.
Hey Aaron i heard you are getting into skateboarding, Kristian and I have been skateboarding for awhile now so when you com in the summer make sure to bring your skateboard and we could hit the skateparks around here but you better bring some skizzels.

"skizzels" might take a while. I just got it so I can't even do an ollie! Yeah I know that's lame but hey... you can't expect me do that great. But don't expect me to suck either. I have all the rest of the school year to practice. See you in summer!
